"Way too slow shipping"
Ordered from wittchen and expected normal delivery, but it took much longer than promised. Tracking was vague, so I had no real clue when it’d show up. Item was fine once it arrived, but the wait was annoying. Wouldn’t order again if I needed something fast...
"Looks nice but didn’t hold up"
I ordered a bag from Wittchen a while back, mostly because I needed something a bit nicer-looking for work and occasional weekends out. When it arrived, I was actually pleased with it. The style was nice, the size worked for my usual stuff, and for the price I thought it seemed like a decent buy.
Unfortunately, after only a few months, the corners started showing wear and the handle began to look kind of cracked. I don’t even use it every day, since I switch bags depending on what I’m doing, so that was disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I expected it to last longer. 2 stars from me.
"Good products, but I don’t really trust the support anymore"
The products themselves are nice, but the whole exchange and warranty process was such a headache. Replies took forever, and I had to explain the same issue more than once, which got really frustrating. It did get sorted in the end, but it took way too much time and stress. the experience made me lose a lot of trust in them, and it’s not what I expected at all

I did get the order confirmation, so at least I know the order went through, but it felt bare-bones. If it were just a super simple purchase, I guess that might be fine, but for this shop I expected a bit more detail about delivery or what happens next. For now I’m just waiting and hoping everything shows up without any issues...

I ordered a leather bag from Wittchen when it arrived, I thought it looked really nice. But after just a few weeks, the stitching on one side started coming loose, which made me feel a bit fooled because it seemed like good quality at first.
For the price, I expected better craftsmanship. The zipper also feels kind of cheap and doesn’t glide smoothly. It’s not the worst bag ever, but I’d be nervous about buying from them again.

"Checkout was more frustrating than I expected"
The site itself was fine, and I found what I needed without much trouble. But then I got to checkout and got kind of annoyed because my usual payment option wasn’t available. I thought, okay, maybe I missed it, so I checked again… nope. It just made the whole process take longer than it should have. For a shop this size, I really expected a few more ways to pay. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it definitely left me a bit frustrated.

The bag itself actually looks decent, which is why it’s a shame it showed up scratched and with some weird dirt on it. The box was totally fine, so it seems like it was packed that way. I guess it’s impressive they managed to make a new bag look used right out of the package. Not happy with it

"Support was honestly not that helpful"
I reached out for help with my order, but the staff seemed uninterested. The replies took a really long time, and they mostly just repeated the same thing without actually fixing anything. The products are fine, but the support made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be. I definitely expected a bit more help.
"Tracking took a little while to update"
My order tracking was a bit slow and didn’t update until late, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at first. I reached out to support and they basically said, “No worries, it’s still moving, the tracking just hasn’t caught up yet,” which helped a bit. Everything ended up being fine, just wish the tracking had refreshed sooner.

"The “Fancy” Zipper Gave Up Almost Immediately"
I really wanted to like this, but the quality is disappointing. After just a few uses, the so-called zipper started sticking, and then the metal pull just popped right off like it had somewhere better to be. The rest of the hardware has that “cheap and shiny” vibe too, like it’s just waiting to scratch up or break next. For the price, I definitely expected more. It looks nice at first, but once you actually use it every day, the whole thing feels like a budget item wearing a fancy costume.

"Checkout was a mess and no one seemed to own it"
I tried to check out but couldn’t get the payment to go through, and my cart emptied itself twice. Super frustrating. What made it worse was that it wasn’t clear who was supposed to help or take responsibility for the issue, so I just felt bounced around with no real answer.

"The “Easy Return” Circus"
I ordered from Wittchen and ended up needing to return the item, which turned into a whole episode of the “customer convenience” comedy show. The return process was slow, confusing, and somehow made simple steps feel like a puzzle designed by the Refund Prevention Department. Customer service gave the bare minimum, and I’m still sitting here waiting for my money back. Definitely not ordering again

this has been really frustrating. I sent my order back weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. Every time I contact support, they just tell me to wait a little longer. At this point, I’m really annoyed and don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Stock updates need work"
I don’t usually notice every little detail on a site, but I do pay attention when something says it’s in stock. I tried ordering a bag that was listed as available, then later got an email saying it wasn’t. The same thing happened with another item too. Frustrating because I only focused on the items that looked available and still ended up wasting time. The stock info really needs to be kept up to date.

"Wheel gave out on the first trip"
I was disappointed with this. The handle already felt kind of loose, and then one of the wheels jammed up before I even made it home. Not sure if it was just that part or the whole thing, but it didn’t feel reliable at all.

"Shipping cost was way too high"
I was about to order a bag from wittchen.com, and I was already kind of set on it, but then the shipping cost showed up and I was like wait, why is it that much? For a regular online order, it just felt really over the top.
Once I got to checkout, the total suddenly jumped and I just closed the page. The bag might be nice, I’m not saying the products are bad, but paying that much just for delivery is not something I’m okay with.
